Arjun Pawar of NCP defeats his CPM rival Jiva Pandu Gavit by 16,113 votes in Kalwan, Nashik district. In Chiplun, Sadanand Chavan of Shiv Sena wins, routing his NCP rival Ramesh Kadam by 18,484 votes.
